What You’ll Be Doing:
Are you experienced in warehousing? Do you have experience driving a forklift? Do you have an eye for detail and organization? Then we are looking for you! Arrow Distributing is searching for an individual to fill a full-time Warehouse Specialist-Foreman position. At least 2 years of experience safely operating a forklift is required. The ideal candidate must have a team-focused attitude and experience working with computers. Exceptional organizational skills and at least two years’ experience working in a warehouse setting is required.
The Warehouse Specialist-Foreman is responsible for accuracy and efficiency receiving shipments, assisting in processing returns, pulling and packaging orders, putting away and organizing stock, and other various warehouse-related duties.
Requirements
This is a manual labor job; associates will require the ability to lift/maneuver at least 75 pounds frequently.
Standing, walking, stooping and bending are also essential functions of this position.
Basic computer knowledge. Prefer experience using UPS and World Ship, but not required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating forklift.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Prior experience in a Warehouse supervisory or leadership role is desired.
