Job Description:

Assistant Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, fun, and effective high quality learning environment for all children. In this role you must:

• Enjoy smiling and talking

• Love being greeted everyday by tiny humans who are excited to see you

• Enjoy having impromptu dance parties

• Have so much motivation that it’s coming out of your pockets

• Be okay with finding glitter in random places

• Enjoy being hugged by multiple children at once

• Be okay with receiving an unnecessary amount of pictures drawn just for you

• Enjoy working with the best (and most fun) group of Early Childhood Educators in the Omaha area

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Knowledge of Child Development

• Have High School Diploma/GED

• Must be able to work full time Monday thru Friday 9am to 6 pm or 8 am to 5 pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDA or Associate's Degree 

• Training on the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines

• Experience working with children in a group setting
