Your key responsibilities include:

 

End User Problem Solving: Using your knowledge of hardware (including, PC’s, thin tlients, servers, networking hardware, & printers) and operating systems (MS Windows & Server) you will assist our end users with daily issues, as well as updating client documentation, and executing project plans for PC deployments and other hardware.  

 

Diagnosing & Troubleshooting: Based on your in-depth knowledge, diagnostic tools, current processes, and client documentation, you will diagnose and troubleshoot daily and reoccurring problems to satisfy client goals. You will update processes and document time in service tickets throughout the day.  

 

Communication with Stakeholders: Your ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms will benefit your relationships with clients and internally with your team as well. In addition, your ability to build rapport, listen and ask questions contributes to customer satisfaction at all levels. The ability to organize your thoughts in written and verbal form is key to communicating with all stakeholders including, clients, staff, management, project teams and vendors.

 

A college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 to 7 years equivalent work experience. Certifications not required but highly desirable.
