Beth El Synagogue is looking to add an administration team member who is dynamic, confident, and personable This team member will need to prepare accurate communication, simultaneously execute multiple projects, interact with individuals and groups with varying communication styles, and efficiently utilize resources on a regular basis.
The right person for this position will be engaged in an energetic environment with an elevated attention to service. A consistent sense of urgency for exceptional support of all staff members is crucial. The nature of the activities will range from routine to challenging, critical and imminent. Active and engaged communications skills will be key quality service outcomes.
This position reports to the Executive Director. It is a staff position without management responsibilities. The office staff collaborates in supplying best in class service to our congregation and community in a professional, yet compassionate approach.
This position will require a flexibility and adaptability including the ability to work outside of regular business hours. Work is generally on-site Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9:00am – 3:30pm with a minimum of 1 Saturday per month 10am – 1pm and 1 Friday per month 5:30pm – 7pm. Working at required special events as needed.
