The medical equipment project coordinator will support the planning and coordination of fixtures, furniture and equipment specification requirements and implementation for facility construction projects.
Identify initial furniture, fixtures and equipment needs with clinical and technical staff and align with system standards; communicate system standards with user groups. Complete and provide Planning & Construction Project Manager with fixture/furniture/equipment specifications, requirements and preliminary drawings prior to Design Development. Develop initial cost estimates and complete FF&E inventory assessments. Coordinate specifications and meetings with design team including architects, engineers, vendors and consultants to ensure completion of project drawings. Support and participate in procurement and logistics activities. Coordinates technology specifications with the contractor towards the minimization of construction change orders and completion of the project. Responsible for preparing reports, schedules, location drawings and documents and budgets throughout the facility planning / design / construction cycle.
Located in Broomfield, CO.
Requires: High school diploma or GED. Knowledgeable in principles of architecture, construction and interior design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer technology, scheduling and cost management software. 5-7 Years in healthcare procurement and/or healthcare interior design industry.
Prefers: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field. PMP Certification, LEED AP Certification
