The database manager works collaboratively to provide the information necessary to further the fundraising goals of the SCL Health System. This individual is primarily responsible for the integrity, overall strategy and development of the system's donor database, including reporting, data entry, data audits and clean up, software upgrades, STSC (Service Technology Support Center) collaboration, wealth screening, data entry best practices and regular data analysis, while establishing positive and productive working relationships with foundation & finance staff and leadership. This individual will also coordinate or conduct prospect research, be accountable for providing and leveraging data and analytics to increase Return On Investment (ROI) for the system's major giving, annual giving, grants, planned giving and event programs, all while providing exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
In this proactive position, the database manager provides direct support to the finance and philanthropy teams to meet revenue goals, along with responding to Raiser's Edge report requests and generating fund-raising, financial and prospect reports on a regular basis.
