Responsibilities for a Chef/Line Cook

Cooking: Cooking meals that are the right quantity, quality and consistency
Prep: Completing all required prep work for the next shift or day according to the prep/production sheet
Serve: Serve the right quantity, quality and consistency of food. Food should be flavorful and visually appealing
Cleaning: Cleaning the kitchen areas and sanitizing equipment thoroughly to meet state regulations and internal expectations (Cleaning should be done according to the daily cleaning schedule)
Assist in putting groceries away: Check, dated grocery upon delivery and store it by following the FIFO method
