As a Client Support Assistant you will work directly with families to secure our services for their loved ones care needs. You will also work with our caregiving team, conducting client introductions and on the job training. You must be passionate about helping others, professional, organized and serve as a mentor to our caregiving team. This is a busy and rewarding position and you will walk away at the end of the day knowing you made a positive impact in someone's life.

· Conduct Care Consultations with families in their home
· Develop care plans for our clients based on their needs and the services we provide
· Perform Quality Assurance visits to clients to ensure we are providing the services they request
· Conduct new client and caregiver introductions
· Assist with inquiries or requests for our services
· Provide administrative support as needed
Experience: Strong personal relationship skills, outstanding communication and a love for helping others. This is a busy position with 75% of the time out working with families and caregivers and 25% of the time in the office. We prefer at least two years of related experience in the Senior Care Industry and/or family advocate services. Sales experience is also a plus.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
