In this managerial role, you will need to have strong interpersonal along with excellent communication skills as you will be working with different levels of management and team members. Previous experience managing a software quality assurance team is a must for this role.
Good to Have Skills:
4-year Bachelor’s degree – preferable Computer Science or Information Systems
