Position Purpose:

The Technical Support Intern I will be responsible for assisting customers with troubleshooting issues, assisting in understanding, and answering general questions concerning the Catch Intelligence C3D BI Suite software. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with clients to understand their questions and issues, and to provide solutions in a timely manner utilizing available resources. 

           

                                                                                          

Accountabilities include the following, although other duties may be assigned: 

  • Supporting clients over phone, email, and Internet using GoToMeeting assistance or other screen sharing applications.
  • Providing assistance for multiple clients with support calls on Business Objects, Crystal Reports and all Catch Intelligence products and services.
  • Having a passion for solving problems and maintaining positive client relations.
  • Supporting internal users on Microsoft Windows desktop environments and Dell equipment.
  • Understanding and following Catch Intelligence Technical Support policies and procedures to achieve the highest quality client support.
  • Striving to learn more and better understand how the above products work and interact with each other.

 

Recommendations/advances

  • To take proactive measures to continually stay on top of advances by continuing education/certification in some or all of the Business Intelligence Software products listed in this job description
  • To make a positive contribution toward maintaining a high-functioning team environment.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Call Center or Help Desk experience is preferred.
  • Previous software support a plus.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • General Network and Systems knowledge.
