CATCH Intelligence – Business Intelligence Consulting Services and Software Sales - Business Development Representative – Software Sales

CATCH Intelligence is a Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Warehouse consulting firm based in the Omaha, covering customers throughout the United States.  We focus on helping organizations connect data from multiple applications, automate reporting, create dashboard visualizations, which allow managers and directors to gain better insight into their business and uncover new opportunities!   

CATCH Intelligence is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to work hand in hand with our Marketing and Sales department to drive new business sales. 


  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (100+ outbound calls per day)
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Solution Advisor team and marketing to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
  • Set up meetings and appointments with mid to large market businesses through researching and calling into target prospects
  • Following up on all the warm leads coming in from our marketing department’s trade shows, webinars, website, social media and other campaigns
  • Assistance in scheduling onsite workshops, workshop pre-calls and onsite product demonstrations for Inside and Field Sales Representatives
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Responsible for weekly reporting and tracking of business progress through CRM

  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferred
  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program, preferred
