Help Desk Technician
PRC, a nationally known health care survey research firm, has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician who provides maintenance of the computer desktop environment by resolving problems, installing hardware and software, and supporting the IT Server Administrators.
The Help Desk Technician will support PRC’s PCs, printers, and related desktop equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance.
