Job Description

This position is responsible for greeting visitors and directs them to the individuals they came to see. Sort and distribute mail. Organize spreadsheets on microsoft excel and help facilitate communication between workers and clients.


*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, and post and prepare outgoing mail, via USPS (certified mail, express mail), Fed Ex., UPS, etc.
  • Manage online documents 
  • Compile reports, check records and review data as requested..
  • Check in and distribute delivery items including but not limited to: Fed Ex, special deliveries, UPS, installation materials, etc.
  • Order, inventory and distribute office supplies to all workers..
  • Maintain the sign-in and sign-out sheet
  • All other duties as assigned,  operation of daily business functions.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the clients and workers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function.
  • As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
  • Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • college preferred
  • Previous related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
  • Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Must have ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Must have ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess the values important CBS– Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
