Lexus Plus Sales Consultant

 

Lexus of Omaha has immediate openings for outgoing individuals to join our team as Lexus Plus Sales Consultants. If you have strong customer service skills, then we want to meet you! Up front pricing allows for a no negotiating sales relationship between you and the customer creating an easy and unique customer service experience. We encourage men and women who are looking for a career that is challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced to be part of our highly motivated and successful sales team to apply.  No automotive experience is necessary as some of our most successful consultants have come from other sales or retail industries.

 

Opened in 1990, Lexus of Omaha was Baxter Auto’s first luxury brand dealership. Every year since opening, our dealership has earned the Elite Lexus award, one of four Lexus dealers in North America to be given this accolade. Lexus of Omaha is introducing Lexus Plus, a refreshing new approach to the dealership experience. As a leader in automotive retail with the latest in automotive technology, we are looking to expand our team with a self-starting, results oriented person.

 

What we offer:

In addition to the best pay in the industry, each of our Professional Lexus Plus Sales Consultants will receive:

  • Five-day work week, 40 hours a week, with one Saturday off a month

In return, we ask that you:

  • Guide guests to vehicles and product solutions which best fit their needs
  • Provide knowledge on products and demonstrate options on vehicles which guests are interested in
  • Have the ability to prospect for potential guests to include but not limited to phone, social media, and personal relationships
  • Follow-up with prospective guests and guests who have purchased vehicles
  • Have the ability to communicate with excellent customer service skills through email, phone or in person
  • Have previous retail sales or customer service experience
  • Have the ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements which include background check, MVR check and drug screen
