Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Bilingual Teleservice Representative who will receive and place calls from Spanish or English speaking Policyowners regarding health/life insurance product coverage and benefits. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills, who will strengthen relationships by identifying needs, offer additional products/services, conserve policies, and accurately record changes.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to understand and communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers verbally and in writing by using well developed speaking, grammar, listening, and questioning skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to learn, understand, and relate detailed procedures, terminology and products.
Strong computer aptitude are required to navigate multiple systems.
Basic math and reading aptitude.
