Role Type:   Full Time (Hybrid In Office Schedule)

Advisor Group has returned to the office in a hybrid schedule, so we are seeking candidates willing to work a split schedule between home and the office.

Summary:

The Manager of our Compensation Call Center shall have the overall responsibility for managing the Call Center for Advisor Compensation. The contact centers receive inbound calls and inquiries regarding the compensation of our financial professionals across our six wealth management firms. Our Call Center Manager will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for timely and accurate responses, identifying trends or issues, and ensuring our expected service levels are always maintained.  

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall staff workflows and performance
  • Lead advocate for teamwork, Responsibility, and Customer Service
  • Must be energetic, client-focused, and committed to providing premier service to our advisors and financial representatives
  • Perform regular evaluations of staff performance and the quality of work they produce
  • Train new associates and upgrade the knowledge and skill set of present staff; design and implement training programs as needed
  • Assist Director of Compensation Call Center with updating policies & procedures related to the area to align with changing rules/regulations of our firm and industry
  • Accept escalated inquiries and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other department heads to provide guidance and resolution to key shared objectives
  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance is preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) combined with significant experience will be considered instead of a degree.  A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. 

Basic Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of Broker-Dealer - RIA experience in a similar professional capacity with a proven track record of leadership or supervisory experience
  • FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 required, may be obtained within the first year
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet expected deadlines effectively 

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 preferred.
