Administrative Assistant, Highland Capital Brokerage
Location(s): 3535 Grandview Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, AL 35243
Role Type: Full Time-on-site
- Process inforce requests and research items, including but not limited to delivery requirements
- Complete follow-ups on pending transfers with carriers and relinquishing companies
- Perform file management including maintaining all paperwork electronically on SharePoint
- Process overflow application entry for the team
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 year of previous work experience in a customer service role
- Annuity insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus
