Securities America is currently looking for a service minded individual with a positive attitude who enjoys problem solving and meeting the needs of our advisor base. The Rep Relations Specialist supports the needs of Securities America’s registered representatives via inbound calls and plays a crucial role in helping us develop solid and lasting relationships.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Answer registered representative questions via telephone or email
  • Process research/problem inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and prevent problems / errors
  • Act as liaison between representative, mutual fund and insurance companies

Requirements

  • Enjoy communicating with co-workers, customers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • 3 years previous customer service and/or securities/financial related experience preferred
  • College level courses in business/finance strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of general securities industry terminology and practices is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to investigate, research and problem solve
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
  • Skilled in utilizing various software packages such as Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
