Summer Intern - Business Operations

Our summer paid internship experience is the ideal opportunity to take your business skills and the knowledge you’ve learned in school and apply them in the real world. A career in business operations requires customer-focused support professionals who can incorporate established workflows, integrate efficiencies into processes and understand the bank’s products and services our customers need and rely on. Take the next step in your career development and build and broaden your skills while contributing to a meaningful and collaborative work environment at American National Bank.

Experience more than day-to-day

Business Operations interns will use their knowledge to gain valuable experience and on-the-job skills through regular interactions with our internal and external clients.

Our ANB interns will learn transferrable skills and collaborate with a network of peers and advocate leaders while developing specialized knowledge to begin their careers in Community Banking. Interns will also be exposed to all departments that make up the bank, giving them the opportunity to understand and learn about the diverse functions that allow a bank to operate. Through this experience, our interns will understand that working in a bank is not just about counting money, it’s about serving clients, providing solutions for everyday needs while looking to the future, growing businesses and taking care of the behind-the-scenes operations and systems.

Applications for the Business Operations Summer Internship program are accepted from February 15th thru March 31, 2023

American National Bank Summer Internship Program will run May 23rd through August 4th.
