The Treasury Services Sales & Relationship Representative calls on potential new businesses for deposit and Treasury Services and expands on services to existing customers to ensure sales and growth goals are met. They also maintain a portfolio of customers inclusive of small Commercial customers to larger, complex Treasury Services relationships.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Meet with new businesses for the purpose of developing new business deposit relationships including the identification and creation of proposals for related Treasury Services which represent the full suite of Treasury Services products and services such as ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, ACH Blocks/Filters, ChequeGuard, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Credit Cards and other services as may be identified from time to time. Creates proposals and effectively and persuasively discusses services with prospects and customers with a long term view of building customer relationships.
Provide account servicing for portfolio customers as well as other account officers' customers with a goal of 98% retention. Including regular contact with portfolio customers. This may include account maintenance and establishment of services for customers.
Meets with existing businesses for expansion of business including the identification and creation of proposals for related services within portfolio and across the bank for Business Bankers. This includes the identification and creation of proposals for related Treasury Services which represent the full suite of Treasury Services products and services such as ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, ACH Blocks/Filters, ChequeGuard, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Credit Cards and other services as may be identified from time to time. Creates proposals and effectively and persuasively discusses services with prospects and customers with a long term view of building customer relationships.
In conjunction with the Director of Treasury Services, develop marketing strategy and develop call lists to educate new and existing customers on Commercial deposit and Treasury Services.
Participates in Community and Civic activities, which enhance the bank's image and relationships within the community.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures including establishment of accounts and online banking services.
Knowledge of complex Treasury Services and account structures including but not limited to RDC, ACH, Positive Pay, Balance reporting, Lockbox, Sweeps, and other Treasury Services.
Skill in operating personal computer and advanced knowledge of various Microsoft applications, copy machine, facsimile machine and calculator.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze complex account structures and make appropriate recommendations for customers and prospects.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner orally and written.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Experience, Education & Training Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
Five to 10 years experience in Treasury Services, Bank Operations, Retail, or Finance related industry with an emphasis in Treasury Services sales of at least three years in Treasury Services sales.
Previous sales experience required.
