Community Banker
The Community Banker is responsible for servicing the needs of existing and prospective clients to include but not limited to greeting clients, delivering prompt and efficient service, and opening a variety of accounts. We are looking for someone who consistently provides high quality client service while effectively supporting sales.

A Community Banker is eligible for the Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP), with an earning potential of an additional 6% of annual earnings.

Position Requirements:
  • Four to six months client service experience desired
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized while focusing on work quality
  • The ability to travel throughout the work day among branch locations in the area as needed, especially Shakopee.
