OrthoNebraska Clinic is among the largest and most experienced orthopaedic and sports medicine practices in the region. We are currently looking for a team member who is detail oriented and has a customer service philosophy to fill a position in our receptionist/call center department. This individual is responsible for answering multiple phone lines, directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, completing patient registration, insurance/data entry, sorting faxes, and other duties as assigned.
Required: HS diploma, basic computer skills, 2-3 years customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology. Worked with medical software Greenway - Intergy not required but helpful. Must be able to complete tasks accurately despite interruptions.
