OrthoNebraska Clinic is among the largest and most experienced orthopedic and sports medicine practices in the region. We are currently looking for a team member for our pre-certification department, responsibilities include verifying patient’s insurance benefits and obtaining required authorizations for surgeries or testing by using insurance company websites or via phone call. Knowledge of insurance, CPT and Diagnosis coding, medical terminology and medical office experience is helpful for this position. The team member must possess excellent customer services and organizational skills in all interactions with internal and/or external customers. Must demonstrate accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues. CNA or MA background helpful but not required.
