As an Internal Relationship Manager (RM), you will become a trusted advisor, mastering the art of forging unbreakable connections and fueling collaboration and growth. In this role, you'll get to:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients within an assigned territory by understanding and owning their needs, providing personalized support, and delivering excellent customer service

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Work with service teams to provide feedback on client needs, help clarify issues, and provide suggestions for improving service metrics

  • Identify opportunities for Orion Stack uplifts and cross-selling products and services to existing clients

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements

  • Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition

  • Provide guidance and consulting to advisors on best utilizing Orions technology to align People, Processes, and Technology

  • Determine advisors goals related to their business model and growth initiatives; track goals; and facilitates meetings with internal resources to accomplish and ensure accountability from Orion and Advisors

  • Ensure Salesforce is up-to-date with clients current custodians, CRM, Financial Planning system, Trading system, or other technologies advisors utilize; track which organizations our clients are part of and how Orion can get involved

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Orion products, services, and enhancements. Educate clients on the features and benefits of your Orions offerings, providing training and demonstrations as necessary

  • Assess and manage the risk associated with client relationships

  • Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of existing clients to identify any potential risks to ensure retained business

  • Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements that address client needs and enhance the overall client experience

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build networks, establish partnerships with industry consultants, and stay informed about the latest trends in the fintech space

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Orion, representing it professionally and knowledgeably

  • Maintain contacts with Orions integration partners and provide feedback on integration needs to Orions tech teams

  • Ensure Orions platform integrates efficiently with other technology and help facilitate new integration partners by identifying vendors and integration points

  • Help clients navigate the Mergers and Acquisitions process related to Orion to ensure all legal documents are processed, and contracts are in place

  • Maintain good client standing to use for references and work to obtain referrals; track the up-to-date status of reference availability

  • Request advisor helps Orion via social media and advisor reviews to help maintain Orions goods name

We're looking for talent who:

  • Has knowledge and understanding of the securities industry, specifically knowledge and understanding of RIA's and B/D's

  • Has knowledge and in-depth understanding of Orions operational policies and procedures

  • Possess ability to effectively analyze situations and apply solutions to achieve resolution

  • Possess ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse groups and individuals through strong written, speaking, and listening skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external business partners

  • Has minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Has minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting/sales, relationship management, technology assessment or similar role

  • Has experience working with RIAs in the Financial Services industry

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
