Our DevOps Engineers are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the application infrastructure of Orion. This position leverages cloud devops infrastructure and related tools to create and maintain different application environments.

We're seeking individuals who have experience working within AWS/Azure, have worked specifically on the infrastructure and are familiar with tools like Lambda, Jenkins, and CloudWatch.

Job Experience:

Must be able to evaluate a business need and translate it into requirements to scope work.
Interpret requirements and develop Terraform IaC in alignment with best practices.
Build, edit, and trigger release and build pipelines within Azure DevOps.
Evaluate existing IaC and provide recommendations for improvement to accommodate stakeholder needs.
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week on).
Troubleshoot infrastructure in AWS and on-premise environments.
Administer IAM roles as need to accommodate business needs while maintaining least privilege mindset.
Examine existing Docker implementation and recommend improvements as needed to solve for growth and scale needs.
Troubleshoot AWSL Lambda, ECS, Ec2, ALB/ELB, WAF, and other assorted other AWS platform services.
Participate in code reviews as need by team members.
Interact and communicate effectively with peers and application development teams.
Maintain resource configuration for Datadog, Splunk, Cloudwatch and related logging tools.
Interpret and develop Ansible playbooks to control and/or manage state of a given service.
Evaluate recurring issues and develop automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc..) to resolve long term.
Develop YAML pipelines for the deployment of Java/Ruby/.NET applications.
Work with Terraform Cloud for the deployment and management of core cloud infrastructure.

Salary Range:

$79,498.00 - $121,703.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
