Now Hiring for a new Investment Strategy Analyst!

This position is focused on the planning, transition, personalization, and initial proposal process of tax-managed client portfolios.

Looking for an individual who can collaborate with internal sales, portfolio managers, and external financial advisors to develop tax transition proposals which will help facilitate business development opportunities. This individual will work with Orions Direct Indexing and portfolio optimization technology

Job Duties Include:

Review client allocations for consistency with objectives and make rebalance recommendations as necessary.
Support business development efforts to raise field awareness of product solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal sales professionals, financial advisors, and their clients to ensure high levels of service for tax managed solutions.
Work closely with portfolio managers to personalize and implement Direct Indexing portfolios.
Maintain industry knowledge of tax policy, financial planning, as well as economic, and financial market conditions.

Skills Needed:

Ability to understand complex and quantitative subject matter related to portfolio optimization and tax management.
Strong background in technology, quantitative subject matter, and investments is strongly encouraged.
Effective communication skills to explain complicated subject matter in an understandable manner.

Experience/Education Needed:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, STEM, or related major required.
Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required or ability to obtain within 90 days after hire
3 years experience in investment, finance, accounting, or STEM related work
Progress towards CFA designation
Prion experience with Direct Indexing, Tax Management, Portfolio Optimization, and/or Portfolio Construction strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

$61,147.00 - $91,054.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
