The Law Clerk will assist members of the legal team in providing legal guidance to Orion and its subsidiaries. 

Orion is a fast-growing company in the FinTech industry, providing technology solutions to registered investment advisers. This is a unique opportunity for a law student to join a growing in-house legal team working in a dynamic industry. A successful candidate will have an opportunity to work on projects pertaining to securities regulation, intellectual property, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other legal areas. Beyond the specific practice area expertise, this is an opportunity to learn about the financial services industry and in-house corporate practice.
