While on the Platform Support team you will learn to resolve customer issues via chat, email and phones. The support given addresses basic to intermediate service-related issues concerning the applications that make up our software, Orion Connect. No industry knowledge is required - we will train you! This is an entry-level opportunity for workers looking to join our progressive, casual and fun work environment. Benefits begin day one!

You will be trained and get to experience the Platform Support role when you first join us. You will be given a list of things to accomplish within 90 days. Once you have accomplished these things you will be eligible to transfer to a Subject Matter Expert Team for further training as openings become available. Opportunities could be with any of the following teams: Billing, Reporting, Performance, Premier, Integrations to name a few!
