Billing Specialist

Our client is seeking to add a Billing Specialist to their growing team. The selected individual will be responsible for preparing relocation expense invoices within customers’ timelines and formats requested for on-demand, daily, weekly and monthly billing cycles.
Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and supplemental billing reports for clients.
• Complete follow-up on outstanding invoices previously sent.
• Prepare on-demand and weekly billing statements for assigned clients.
• Maintain procedure manual.
• Provide back-up support to co-workers during busy periods or absences.
• Other duties as needed.

Position Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable/Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
