Our client is adding a Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist to their team. They are family owned and operated and offer a fabulous culture. - Obtain phone orders from customers in a thorough and friendly manner.
- Receive customer inquiries on order status, product availability, and/or other customer needs; and respond correctly and timely.
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; plus, one year of relevant work experience.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Efficient and accurate data entry aptitude.
- Ability to meet and maintain deadlines.
