The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in entering mortgage loan payoff information; client is willing to train on their system. As well as, contacting members via phone and performing various support duties, pertinent to meeting the needs of their customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, both alpha and numeric, and showcase a high degree of accuracy. Time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and dependability are a must. Familiarity with banking regulations and responsibilities is a plus.
