Job Description

Our client located in Fremont is growing!  The selected team member will be an Excel expert who will provide administrative assistance to the appraisal department.

Responsibilities include:  

  • Extensive excel usage setting up files to value line time units; each appraisal can range from 700 to 3500 line items
  • Insert each file with valuations.,invoice, and report information using Word docs
  • Vast amount of data entry using templates for various reports and comparison
  • Invoice preparation and follow-up accounts receivable   

The successful team member will possess the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Word and Excel.
  • Solid work history demonstrating dependability
  • Excellent attention to detail and number ability?
