We are in search of an experienced receptionist with multi-tasking ability for one of our awesome clients.  They offer a wonderful and professional business environment.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Answers and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person.
  • Provide courteous and professional service.
  • Accurately record messages and deliver them in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing.
  • Receive and distribute fax messages.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
