Children's Square USA is seeking a talented, dynamic leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources. This position reports to the President / CEO.
As a member of the executive leadership team, this individual will work in collaboration with the team to provide strategic guidance and be responsible for creating and leading programs that attract, motivate, develop, reward and retain the best people to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
This includes efficient and effective implementation and management of numerous aspects of human resources fundamentals to include daily direction and maintenance of recruitment, retention, performance management, training, leadership development, reward and recognition, policies, benefits and compliance to include knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
In addition, this individual will participate in accreditation, licensing and regulatory activities and requirements.
