Job Description

Children's Square USA Residential Treatment program is in search of a dynamic, energetic professional to work with the treatment team and family to provide exceptional case management and care coordination for youth and families in the Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. 

The Treatment Manager works closely with the assigned Residential Therapist to facilitate each family’s progress through the treatment process and is a primary contact for the family, and collateral providers, coordinating the services during placement and setting up services for after a placement.   The Treatment Manager is responsible for safety planning and assisting in treatment planning. Treatment Managers also facilitate group therapy and skill building groups.

Due to the high level of written communication and the reporting requirements, a writing sample will be required at the time of interview. 

Please note: the educational and experience requirements for this position are dictated by the regulations of our license.  This position requires one of the following:
a) A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Family Sciences etc) and two years supervised work experience. 
b) A Bachelor of Social Work degree and 1 year of supervised work experience
or 
c) six years of supervised child welfare experience in residential care or a combination of advanced education in the behavioral sciences and experience equal to six years.
