Marketing Strategist

Growth is the name of the game in ecommerce! As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll help grow and develop new marketing at LovelySkin.  You’ll utilize multiple skills from your marketing toolbox; including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid search, affiliate marketing, and social media.  You’re naturally inquisitive, love to understand the needs of the LovelySkin customer, and translate these trends into executable dynamic marketing campaigns.  Our collaborative marketing team challenges each other to continue to find new ways to provide value, exciting promotions and relevant content.

What you’ll love doing everyday:

A LovelySkin Marketing Strategist will take a hands on approach to developing dynamic campaigns across our many marketing channels. 

• Be an active participant in the LovelySkin multi-channel marketing approach.
• Perform regular market and competitor analysis.
• Dissect results to determine the efficacy of marketing channels to inform future marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with content, photography, design and merchandising teams for new and ongoing campaigns.
• Completes ongoing review of metrics pertaining to owned verticals, including periodic experience audits to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and devise appropriate actions for maintaining and increasing visibility and effectiveness.
• Remain current with new digital marketing trends
• Work with creative team to ensure all channels have the appropriate creative assets.
• Leverage internal and vendor reporting to understand campaign performance
• Additional duties and projects as required

Compensation: $60,000-90,000 (Dependent on Experience) AND Bonus Eligible
Location: On-Site Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days work from home

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant certifications/experience
• 4+ years of experience working in an agency or in house marketing role Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• 2+ years developing strategy for marketing campaigns; inclusive of print, digital, paid search, email and affiliate. 
• Fluent in one or more of search, social, affiliate, email, SMS or other emerging digital marketing channels
• Naturally curious mindset regarding new marketing trends
