The LovelySkin Customer Care team is growing! Every call, email, chat, social media reply is a chance to make a difference. Most recently recognized in BizRates Platinum Circle of Excellence, our Customer Care team sets the bar high and relentlessly looks for ways to make a customer’s experience just a little more lovely. On a given day, you’ll respond to questions about orders, make product recommendations, advise on skincare regimens, problem-solve issues, take orders and so much more. After hands on training with our dedicated trainer, you’ll have the option to switch to a remote/hybrid work schedule. Never a moment of boredom here; when not taking calls, we’re answering emails and following up on customer inquiries. Hard work pays off with monthly performance bonuses and lots of ways to grow and develop within the team.

Compensation: $48,000-$55,000/yr ($18-20 hourly + bonuses)
Location: On site for training in Omaha, NE then work from home 3-5 days per week!
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: One weekday and one weekend day off per week
