Skin Specialists and LovelySkin is currently looking for a dynamic, action-oriented individual to join our team as an In-House Recruiter. This Recruiting Role:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in maintaining staffing levels based on company needs
  • Assist with ensuring efficient and effective flow of talent acquisition process
  • Post open positions on external job boards (Indeed, CareerLink, etc.) and internal sites
  • Maintain an organized application process, utilizing exceptional follow-up with candidates
  • Conduct screening interviews and manage initial contact with all applicants
  • Schedule and confirm interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent interview and onboarding experience
  • Assist with planning and preparation for job fairs and other talent acquisition events
  • Complete onboarding for new hires, including background and reference checks
  • Maintains confidentiality of information regarding candidates, employees and the company
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a recruitment role
  • Demonstrated experience with detail oriented tasks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be highly motivated, upbeat and fun, responsible, organized and dependable
