Job Posting: Digital Marketing Manager, Proxibid

The Digital Marketing Manager is a tech savvy marketer with innovative ideas who will use digital technologies and channels to achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and enjoys implementing new technologies to drive results. Focus on API development, content distribution, social media marketing, and programmatic digital channels are key for this position.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will research, develop, plan, implement, and maintain advanced digital strategies and campaigns, all while paying attention to the details. You will find dimes where others find nickels.  Advanced attribution is your nightstand reading material. You will be an integral part of the Marketing team and will be executing work tied directly to company goals and KPIs. We will look to you for thought leadership within the company and new innovations to the industry.  People follow your lead, because you’re going the right direction.  The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with other key team members across Proxibid to make sure execution of plans are performed at the highest level to drive results.

Job Functions:

  • Research, launch, and develop new digital channels to drive aggressive growth
  • Complete mastery of programmatic and affiliate marketing strategies, including launching new programs and managing partnerships
  • Establish affiliate marketing channel, including recruiting publishers and developers
  • Coordinate implementation of tracking and tags using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and internal data
  • Launch campaigns, provide Q&A and troubleshoot all technical issues
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding creative, tracking, and campaign delivery 
  • Work with the team to help brainstorm and execute new growth strategies
  • Demonstrable experience around API development and content distribution
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert to leads
  • Highly experienced with A/B and multivariate experimentation
  • Manage paid digital campaigns and optimize based upon pre-determined KPIs
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to develop quarterly marketing calendars across all channels
  • Pull data for and consolidate a wide variety of marketing reports
  • Experience communicating with executives and senior management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • HTML and CSS knowledge required
  • Ability to build creative solutions to drive results
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company in an articulate, professional manner
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outlets of information
  • Must possess a flexible, positive disposition and respond well to high-pressure situations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and paying great attention to details
  • Effectively manages time to ensure needs are met and productivity is maximized
  • Must be a driven problem solver and a creative thinker
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team and maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances to foster a positive team environment
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Experience with co-op marketing planning and execution
  • Experience in scaling content creation and distribution
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership
  • Passion for technology and cutting-edge industry trends

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years or equivalent related experience required
  • Excellent computer skills, including expertise with Office suites, web navigation, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and online conferencing software
  • Knowledge of SEMRush and Google Platform Certification a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with ROAS, ROI, CTR, and additional top KPI
