Health Center Associate I (HCA I) – Des Moines & Urbandale, Iowa
Starting salary for candidate who meets minimum requirements (Experience will be compensated): $17+
$2 Weekend and/or $4 Float Differential provided when shift requirements are met.
Typical Schedule: 32 hours/week

What to Expect:
Under immediate supervision of the Health Center Manager, the Health Center Associate I (HCA I) performs a wide variety of functions. As the first patient contact in the health center, the HCA I plays a critical role in shaping the experience of our patients. HCA Is are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and patient care as well as supporting the operations of the health center. HCA Is are advocates in implementing our mission “To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy” They may perform other related duties to support health center operations as assigned.
Schedule: Travel between West Clinic- Urbandale and Susan Knapp Clinic required. Monday 11:45am-8:15 at West Clinic-Urbandale, Tuesday 7:45am-5:15pm at West Clinic-Urbandale, Wednesday 11:45am-8:15pm at Susan Knapp Clinic, Thursday 8:45am-5:15pm at Susan Knapp Clinic, 1st and 3rd Saturdays 9:45am-3:15pm at West Clinic-Urbandale.
