Full responsibility for the marketing and maintenance of the assigned property or properties, supervision of all personnel working at the assign staff as well as all resident relations and retention.  If you are a self-starter with the ability to multitask, think on your feet, and have an eye for detail we want to talk with you. You bring us the tenacity and ability to make things happen and we will give you variety and the authority to make decisions.


  • Oversees leasing efforts by showing models and/or available units with subordinates
  • Ensure all marketing calls are returned by leasing team in a timely manner
  • Initiates marketing programs for submission to corporate office design department
  • Develop final analysis of closing ratios of leasing team
  • Assembles all legal lease contracts and documents for new move-ins. 
  • Deposit money collected and have the authority to credit residents accounts or spend funds to resolves problems
  • Submit and review all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and forwards to necessary party for processing
  • Assesses the training of the staff for promotions and/or dismissals 
  • Advise technicians on difficult work orders
  • Oversees the entire ready-up process to ensure new residents apartments are ready for move-in
  • Make independent judgement on what priorities are at the site level. 
  • Possesses knowledge of the property's demographics and that of the nearby competition
  • Identifies projects needed at the site. Initiate and direct the improvements for curb appeal and marketability
  • Hires, approves, and monitors time of work by subcontractors. Authorizes payment for subcontractors.
  • Find, seek and solicit vendors to bid capital projects
  • Chief liaison with the corporate office and new applicants
  • Direct activity of all on site personnel
  • Make independent judgment for assessing and charging moveouts for repairs and damages
  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly marketing plan for multi million dollar property


  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven sales track record
  • Solid work history of managing people and projects is must!
