Inspection levels include:  Interior apartment units and exterior common areas, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, lighting, signage, roads and sidewalks to report on possible safety issues or exposures, trip and falls, customer compliance, hazardous conditions and local management safety practices.

• Must be able to meet/surpass firm deadlines
• +90% of work hours will be spent on feet and will require frequent use of a ladder
• Digital inspection template will require a thorough understanding of iPad operation and Intranet applications
• Constant and detailed communication is an absolute must
• Experience in insurance inspections, code enforcement, or Risk Management a plus
• Travel to out of state properties, 25%
