This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Wyomissing, PA; Las Vegas Service Center in Las Vegas, NV; or one of our property locations.
Updates websites and creates new campaign landing pages.
Executes paid social media advertising
Manages/monitors property Facebook page.
Monitors google listings, search terms, and executes website content changes.
Monitors and routes reputation management for follow through and resolution at property.
Develops and executes paid campaigns on Facebook enterprise wide for casino property Facebook media buys.
Identifies and collaborates with digital marketing teams on target audiences and segmentation for social media buys.
Implements set up, purchases and posts the creative content for the paid social buys on behalf of the entire enterprise, as requests are made. Ensures buys meet budget requirements.
Develops copy for the paid social posts.
Executes appropriate buying methodologies for all social media campaigns for all Penn casino properties. Assists with driving ROI through effective social media planning.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Conducts social media and internet research activities for Penn's casino properties. Reports findings to Regional Digital Marketing Managers and/or Director.
Works with design team on assets for a/b testing.
Conducts proper training, demos, and feedback sessions enterprise wide in regards to social media/internet tools for on-line advertising.
Implements social media tracking pixels and provides them to team for inclusion in website tagging.
Partners with Director and properties for campaigns with social components.
Provides Facebook analytics reporting for campaigns, and optimization recommendations to Regional Digital Marketing Managers and/or Director.
Participates in a daily stand-up meeting in which daily work is requested, assigned and prioritized.
Develops and manages a paid social media content calendar, to guide internal marketing partners on the timing and cadence of campaigns. Creates time line for calendar based upon Company needs.
Communicates effectively with Digital Production Designers on needed specifications for social image and video assets. Makes recommendations for use of content to properly conduct successful social/internet campaigns.
Maintains daily assigned workflow and follows through with social media buys.
Adheres to all deadlines in accordance to content calendar and all other assignments.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance on social media and report potential issues to management.
Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or other related field from four-year college or university; one to two years of experience with paid advertising execution; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Social buying specific experience preferred.
Must have experience with social media best practices.
Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience with implementation of social tracking pixels.
Must have knowledge and understanding of custom audiences and creating lookalike models.
Must have knowledge and experience with 1st party DMP, 2nd and 3rd party data requirements and usage preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Knowledge of Inmotion a plus.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Ability to adapt to changes in prioritization or schedules of items in the work queue as necessary when communicated/directed.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must be able to meet deadlines and to work under short time constraints.
Must be proactive when working on tasks.
