Strategically train and develop for succession all hourly Team Members
Supervise all aspects of employee relations including, but not limited to, coaching, mediating, interviewing, recognizing, and evaluating hourly Team Members
Resolve food and beverage quality and service opportunities; communicate with appropriate Team Members and leaders on Guest feedback
Adheres and monitors all department and property policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Standards of Conduct, attendance, appearance, cash handling, confidentiality, safety, signature sequence of service, and sanitation
Maintain the morale of the department through open communication and teamwork by deploying targeted communication strategies that inform and build support
Interact with Guests and Team Members by maintaining a visible presence in Guest areas during peak business periods
Support all training initiatives, including, but not limited to attendance of all required participants, ongoing assessment of individual or department performance, and follow-up
Monitor and help control all financial operating expenses including, but not limited to, budget, P&L, labor costs, controllables, and cost of goods
Adjust or balance the size of staff in order to control labor costs without sacrificing Guest service
Cooperate with all departments to ensure the Guest and Team Member experience
Perform all administrative duties as required to successfully manage the department
Perform related duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager and Director F&B.
Ensure accountability for all compliance issues, regulations, laws and health requirements as related to food and beverage operations
Analyze and recognize any deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective action to accomplish desired results
High school diploma or certificate from educational institute preferred
Minimum of three (3) years experience preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of supervisoryStrong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
Ability to develop and sustain productive Guest relationships
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team
High organizational skills and ability to complete several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments to meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of honesty and candor
