Respond to guest and team member disputes

Perform related duties as assigned by the Casino Operations Managers and the VP of Casino Operations.
Three to five years of supervisory experience in gaming industry or High School Diploma and/or College Degree with experience in gaming industry.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of casino games
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to use time efficiently and effectively to manage priorities.
Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be eighteen (18) years of age
