Adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Maintain a minimum of 3.0 quality coaching summary entries per quarter in the Slot Technicians assigned on designated shift.
Ensure every team member is receiving three quality coaching's per quarter, regular feedback on performance, and a timely evaluation on assigned shift.
Assist in hiring and retention of slot department technical team members.
Maintain cleanliness and timeliness standards established by the property/department.
Responsible for meeting guest's needs or getting them in contact with the appropriate personnel for beverage service, snacks, request for comps, or capping machines.
Issue timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering development guidelines and resources to achieve goals and improve performance.
Progressively coach slot team members not meeting departmental expectations up to and including suspension pending management review.
Adhere to slot department policies and procedures.
Must be proficient in the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of the slot machines.
Must be productive with regards to the installation and removal of slot machines.
Must be able to perform slot machine conversions, moves and/or changes with little or no direct supervisions required Safeguard company assets.
Give direction to slot technicians as needed.
Oversee and assist in the installation and removal of slot machines.
Give input into scheduling and labor.
May assist in the duties of the bench technician.
Adhere to, interpret, support, and explain established company policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory procedures.
This is a uniformed position, which requires the team member be in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of player tracking system.
Must be able to troubleshoot and setup progressive signs.
Attend all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings
Be familiar with the safe handling of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Perform related duties as assigned by the Casino Operations Tech Manager and the VP of Casino Operations.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two (2) years experience in the slot department, as a slot service specialist or technician preferred.
Strong problem solving skills and guest service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Team and guest service oriented.
Electric experience preferred and must be technically inclined.
Ability to share or divide attention between several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments.
Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with team member relations issues.
