Administers the organizations executive compensation function including design, management, and analysis. Implements compensation strategies targeted at the organizations executives, directors, or other members of senior management that are equitable and balance competitiveness with the need to control costs. Ensures that executive compensation and benefits related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration,Accounting, Six years of professional job-related work experience, Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
"Preferred" CPA, CMA, or equivalent training and certification
"Preferred" Accounting experience with large qualified pension plans
"Preferred" Executive compensation experience
