Description

Position Summary

Responsible for developing, managing, and supporting partnerships related to, but not limited to,
enrollment, Everwell, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary point of contact in managing assigned enrollment partner relationships, and
relationship challenges.

Understands partner needs and develops plans to address them.

Serves as enrollment subject matter expert for assigned, enrollment partnerships.

Facilitates contract negotiations, setup, maintenance, relationship building, etc. for assigned
initiatives.

Collaborates with assigned partners to improve processes, and drive growth, to increase sales.

Manages communications, metrics, effectiveness, and reporting for all assigned initiatives.

Communicates the progress of scheduled initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Formulates, prepares, and implements plans and strategies for the enrollment partnership roadmap contributing to the achievement of sales performance and financial objectives.

Develops metrics to track enrollment performance patterns; evaluates the effectiveness and makes
recommendations for changes or improvements.

Assigned as business product owner and/or project leader for select enrollment initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field, six to eight years of related experience enrollment initiatives or partnership development, demonstrated and measurable enrollment experience in the insurance industry, Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
