Customer Service Center
We carry out Aflac’s brand to provide our policyholders with the immediate peace of mind that comes from knowing they are prepared for whatever life may bring. Customer Service Specialist I Full-Time
This position will provide thorough and accurate responses to customer requests or inquiries received via Internet, phone, document, etc. The specialist will communicate with customers orally, compose and/or generate letters to request information or confirm action taken, communicate customer needs and complaints to management to provide information for improving training and overall service levels, review data for accuracy and completeness, enter data while maintaining established service/productivity levels and meeting quality guidelines, and communicate accurate information about guidelines and regulations to participants, associates, accounts, and others within worldwide headquarters.
• High school graduate or equivalent and one year of work-related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Typing Skills: 35 wpm/85% accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Aflac products
• Strong telephone, customer service, grammar and math skills
