The Alliance Engagement Manager (AEM) will be responsible for achieving defined sales objectives by building and managing the overall relationship with the Go to Market (GTM) OPCOS to be jointly defined with the SVP Global Accounts. The AEM will support NTT Security’s existing GTM OPCO partners as designated. AEM will be responsible for training, supporting and driving consulting and MSS sales through their designated OPCO GTM partner. AEM will be responsible for efficiently managing the requirements of assigned OPCO to support them in achieving their assigned sales targets for NTT Security.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

  • Manage the designated OPCO pipeline in the US to ensure it is in alignment with the NTTS Salesforce.com CRM and the OPCO’s Salesforce.com CRM
  • Drive sales with GTM OPCO to an agreed upon number on a quarterly basis
  • Develop/formulate new business and revenue models to generate higher growth and margin opportunity
  • Develop and implement strategies to successfully identity, manage, provide oversight to pre-sales support, help qualify, negotiate, close and assist OPCOS in meeting/exceeding target revenue objectives
  • Consult with OPCOS to analyze and understand their business needs • Assist and train sales representatives and client directors at the OPCO as needed
  • Gather client requirements and prioritize for both existing and future requirements
  • Manage business and sales development to include management of key clients and client activity
  • Negotiate client contracts with OPCO partners with the support of NTTS pre-sales team
  • Facilitate joint engagements between NTT Field Sales team and OPCO partner as needed to support larger opportunities where such resources may be required.
  • Facilitate support for OPCO sales by timely coordinating with NTT Security’s global and/or solution architect resources as needed
  • Develop long-term client relationships and have a strong “customer-first” philosophy
  • Work with management to identify opportunities across diverse industries and markets various sales activities that drive prospects through the awareness and consideration phases of the sales cycle
  • Assists in integrating and aligning NTT Security offering with OPCOS GTM offerings by vertical market
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals and objectives
  • Continually listen to the needs and requirements of the OPCO to support them in achieving their goals for NTTS security.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated alliance engagement experience
  • Demonstrated solution selling sales experience
  • Demonstrated security sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience selling services
  • Possess experience selling to large enterprise accounts
  • A proven track record as a self-starter with ability to develop strong relationships with senior executives within targeted accounts
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to maximize outcomes and display proven strategy implementations
